Across borders – living diversity together

Community means being connected.

The joint commitment to a united, Christian Europe includes peaceful coexistence and the pursuit of the idea of uniting the peoples of Europe.

The EGS works specifically to promote this idea and, through organisation and support at European, national and international level, creates opportunities for its realisation (implementation/realisation), including:

  • Regular meetings and exchanges: twice a year, a plenary meeting of the European associations takes place and
  • once a year, a meeting of all members of the knighthood.
  • Organisation of the European Shooters’ Meeting (EST)
  • Participation in joint activities and projects

charitable and social commitment

  • Competitions at European level (flag waving, music, drumming, rifle shooting, hand shooting, crossbow shooting)
  • Cooperation with church and secular authorities and organisations (interest representation/lobbying)

Preserving and promoting tradition as a strong association.
